Shipping Areas

Where we deliver depends on the brand:

  • Micadoni and Cosmopolitan: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands.
  • GANTlights, ALMUT von Wildheim and BREUER & BONO: Germany.

If a product cannot be delivered to your country, no shipping option is shown for it at checkout.

Delivery Times

Your order is delivered within 30 days of the order date. Many products are made to order, so the exact delivery date depends on the product. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Micadoni, Cosmopolitan, GANTlights, ALMUT von Wildheim, BREUER & BONO: free shipping.
  • BREUER & BONO ANY'THING tablet: €47.60 per order, including VAT.

The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How Your Order Is Shipped

Goods are shipped directly to you by the manufacturer or its logistics partner. Your contract is with Hommox UG, and we remain your contact for all questions about your order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your delivery when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us at support@hommox.com so that we can put it right. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.

Returns

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To start a return, contact us at support@hommox.com; we will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
