How does Hommox operate?
Hommox operates this online store and provides customer support.
Order fulfilment (shipping, returns, and refunds) is handled by the respective supplier/partner responsible for the product you purchase.
Hommox remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.
2) Ordering
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed directly through the Hommox website. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, changes may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
3) Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and product. The estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page and at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
If tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once the order has been dispatched.
4) Returns & right of withdrawal
How do I return an item or withdraw from the contract?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy.
Returns and refunds are processed by the supplier/partner responsible for fulfilling the order.
Tip: For faster handling, include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
How do refunds work?
Once the return is received and approved (where applicable), the refund will be issued to the original payment method, according to the Withdrawal Policy.

The respective supplier/partner is responsible for product quality, packaging, and fulfilment.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will help coordinate the next steps according to the applicable policy.
