Consumers may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
4. Return of Goods
- You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
- The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
- Return address: You will receive the return address from the supplier (or in your order confirmation / return instructions).

5. Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
