These payment terms apply to all orders via Hommox UG (Limited Liability). Delivery is part of a dropshipping model; operational fulfillment (shipping, returns, refunds) is handled by the respective supplier.

2. Payment Methods

Hommox accepts the following payment methods, subject to supplier support and availability at checkout:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
  • PayPal
  • SEPA Direct Debit / Bank Transfer
  • Other payment methods displayed on the website at checkout

Note: The payment methods shown during checkout are the available options for your order.

3. Payment Due

Payments are due immediately upon order placement. In case of late payment, Hommox reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or cancel orders.

4. Invoicing

Invoices are issued by Hommox and contain all legally required information. Payments are made to Hommox. Operational fulfillment and refunds are handled by the supplier.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed by the supplier according to the withdrawal policy. Hommox acts only as a communication platform. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, where possible.

6. Liability

Hommox is liable only for its own obligations (e.g., incorrect invoicing) in accordance with applicable laws. Suppliers are liable for processing related to delivery, returns, and refunds.
