Refund policy

14-day returns
You can return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal; the full legal text and a withdrawal form are in our Withdrawal Policy.

How to return an item
1. Email us at support@hommox.com within 14 days of delivery and tell us your order number and which item you want to return.
2. We send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us about the return.
Please do not send items back before you have received the return address from us.

Return shipping cost
The customer pays the cost of sending the item back. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Condition of the item
You may unpack and inspect the item as you would in a shop. Please return it complete and, where possible, in its original packaging. If the item has lost value because it was used beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund by that loss in value.

Refunds
We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days of the day you tell us about the return. We may wait to refund until we have received the item back or you have sent us proof that you have shipped it, whichever is earlier.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us at support@hommox.com so that we can put it right at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the one you want.
